Soup of the Day served with freshly baked bread

Smoked Mackerel Mousse with horseradish crème fraîche and dressed salad leaves

Caesar Salad with crisp Cos lettuce, bacon lardons, anchovies and Caesar dressing

Ham Hock Terrine with home made piccalilli and baby leaf salad

Sauteed Wild Mushrooms with a poached hens egg, basil oil dressing and granary toast

Poached Salmon with sauteed butter beans, chilli and coriander with a sauce vert

Baked Haddock Fillet with new potatoes and a chive and prawn beurre blanc
